Most people ordering funeral flowers have never done it before. You're in the middle of one of the hardest weeks of your life and you have no idea what the process looks like, what questions you'll be asked, or how long it takes.

This is a plain description of what actually happens when you call us — from the first conversation to the day of the service. No surprises.

Step by Step: From First Call to Service Day

1

You call us

You'll reach us directly at (360) 984-8059. No call center, no hold music. We'll ask you a few simple questions to understand what you need. You don't have to have anything figured out before you call.

2

We ask a few questions

The conversation is short. We'll ask about the service date and time, the venue name, and the size of the service. We'll ask if you have any preferences on flowers or colors, and roughly what budget you're working with. That's it. Most families don't have strong opinions on specifics and that's completely fine — we'll make the recommendations.

3

We recommend a setup

Based on the venue size and your preferences, we'll suggest what arrangements make sense — a casket spray, standing sprays, wreaths, accent pieces, or some combination. We'll give you a price for that setup. If it's outside your budget we'll adjust. Nothing is confirmed until you're comfortable.

4

You confirm

Once you're happy with what we've discussed, we confirm the order. This usually happens in the same phone call. No forms to fill out, no online portal. Just a verbal confirmation and we take it from there.

5

We contact the venue

We reach out to the funeral home or venue directly to confirm delivery timing and placement. You don't need to be the go-between. Most funeral homes in Clark County have a process for this and we know how it works. If the venue is non-standard — a home, a restaurant, a park — we figure out the logistics with whoever is coordinating the space.

6

The arrangements are built

Every arrangement is built by hand specifically for your service. Not pulled from a catalog or pre-made. We work with what's in season and available, and we'll flag any substitutions if we need to make them.

7

We deliver and set up before the service

We arrive at the venue before the service starts and place every arrangement ourselves. You don't need to coordinate anything on service day. We handle it.

8

We send you a photo

Once everything is in place, we text you a photo. You can see what the room looks like before you arrive. A lot of families have told us this matters more than they expected — seeing the flowers ready before they walk in gives them a moment to prepare.

How long does the whole process take? Most families are fully confirmed within a couple of hours of the first call. If you call us in the morning, the order is typically placed and venue coordination is underway by early afternoon.

What You Don't Need to Do

A lot of families come to us having already spent time worrying about things they didn't need to worry about. To be clear about what you don't need to handle:

What Helps Us Help You

The more of this you can share on the call, the smoother it goes. But none of it is required — we can work with almost nothing if you're not sure.

Common Concerns We Hear

"It's too last minute"

Call anyway. We work with families on very short notice regularly. Same-day orders are possible depending on availability. Don't assume it's too late without asking.

"I don't know what to order"

That's why you call us. Tell us about the service and the person, and we'll make the recommendation. Many families hand the entire decision to us and are grateful they did.

"I don't want to spend too much"

Tell us your budget on the call. We'll work within it and be honest if we can't do what you're hoping for at that price. There are no surprise charges — the price we quote is what you pay.

"I'm not sure if the funeral home takes outside florists"

They do. You are always free to choose your own florist. Funeral homes sometimes imply otherwise, but you have no obligation to use their flower services. We've delivered to every major funeral home in Clark County.

Ready When You Are

Call us whenever you're ready. There's no wrong time to reach out and no obligation to move forward until you're comfortable.
